The Chilean creator Violeta Parra was better known as a singer than as a visual creator, but the truth is that she was an integral artist. In addition to being a talented folklorist, she dedicated a large part of her life to working on her textile work, especially in the form of arpilleras, denouncing the violation of Human Rights. She was the first Latin American woman to exhibit at the Louvre Museum.
